The Zenvayal grocery shopping platform is designed to deliver fresh products to your doorstep. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the Zenvayal mobile applications and websites. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platforms. Zenvayal grants you limited access to the platform for personal use. You agree not to download (other than page caching), modify, or exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Zenvayal. Unauthorized access or use terminates the rights granted by Zenvayal, and such actions may result in legal action.

The platform may not be used for data mining, scraping, or extraction techniques without express permission. Moreover, no portion of the platform, including product listings, trademarks, or other proprietary information, may be reproduced, framed, or commercially exploited without Zenvayal's written consent.

Product Pricing and Availability

Zenvayal strives to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing information at all times. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and adjust product prices if necessary.

• Prices: All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices at the time of ordering will be charged, except for fresh products where market fluctuations may apply. You may be required to pay additional charges or be refunded accordingly at the time of delivery.
• Availability: Product availability is subject to change based on stock levels. Zenvayal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable.

Delivery and Handling Charges

Zenvayal offers convenient delivery services to the regions we serve, with delivery charges applied as applicable.

• Delivery Timelines: We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Zenvayal offers delivery services within the areas specified. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or incorrect addresses.
• Handling Fees: Additional handling fees and taxes may apply to certain orders. Any delays will be communicated promptly, and we ask that customers ensure the accuracy of delivery information to avoid re-delivery charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to Zenvayal's cancellation policy. Perishable goods may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us at the time of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• You can cancel your order before it is packed by the packing team. Once an order is packed for delivery, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds for returned or damaged items are processed according to our Return and Refund Policy. Perishable items are non-refundable unless there is an issue with quality or freshness.
• The refund will be processed manually for the time being due to certain constraints.

Return & Refund Policy

• Mode of Refund: The refund will be processed manually for the time being due to certain constraints.

Customer Obligations
